  1. I created a company, filled in all necessary fields but I cannot find my neither company nor products in the directory. Why is that so?

    All added companies should be moderated on the site. It usually takes less than one business day. As soon as the administrator checks the relevance of information to our rules, your company will appear in the directory.

  2. Search engines do not find my site. What should I do?

    All sites created in our system are indexed by major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) independently from sub domain but this process can take some time (up to two weeks). It is associated with specific features of some search engines.
    You can slightly speed up this process by placing links to your site on other sites.

  3. How the priority functions?

    The search results are displayed to the user in order of the closest correspondence to the search request of the user. It is better if the name of the product shows the essence of it, i.e. for clothes for pregnant the best name is ‘clothes for pregnant’, but not simply ‘clothes’. In this case your products will be founded by buyers who know exactly what they are looking for, but not by those, who still don’t know what they want to buy. In case the names of the products and the quality of pages are the same according to the user request, products with the higher priority will be displayed in the list first.

  4. Are sites with your subdomains indexed by search engines? If yes, by which?

  6. Why is my site displayed incorrectly?

    Possibly you are using an out-of-date browser or your browser contains extensions conflicting with our initial code.

  7. How to delete your site?

    In case you really need this, you can do it on «Delete Account». After you delete your account, your company will be deleted from the directory of companies and the site of the company will not be available to users

  8. How do I change the email I entered for registration?

    In case you want to change the email you registered you can do it on «Change Email».

  9. I cannot sign in, the password is not excepted by the system, what do I do?

    If you forgot your password use «Forget your password?». If you made a mistake during registration when entering the email using the form below send us the following data: company name, supposed email (possibly several), password and correct email.

  10. How to exchange buttons or links with other sites?

    To exchange buttons with another site you need to grant this site HTML button code and in return add HTML button code of this site in «Manage Displayed links to partners» section. Similarly you can exchange plain text links

  11. What is RSS?
